What Payment Methods do you accept?

STUNNING! accepts Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Shop Pay & Interac. 

Please note we do not accept payments over the phone or eTransfers.

 

What is Your Shipping Timeline?

We usually ship your order in 1-3 business days from the time the order is processed. 

 

What is Your Shipping Policy?

We ship across Canada and the United States using Canada Post. We are able to arrange shipping to the EU and UK but please call us or email us at info@stunningottawa.com first before ordering if you are outside Canada or the US.

 

Can I Make a Return/Exchange?

We want you to feel STUNNING! in our products! If they don't make you say "I love it" you can return qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 7 business days of the ship date.

Returned items must be:

- Unworn and in new condition

- Sale items are FINAL SALE

 

Can I pick-up my order?

Absolutely! We offer curbside pick up. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. If you have any questions, please call us or send an email to info@stunningottawa.com and we'll be happy to help.
