Terms of Service - Shipping & Refunds

Returns and Exchanges at STUNNING:

We want you to feel STUNNING in your purchases! If something doesn't make you say "I love it" no problem!  Send us an email at info@stunningottawa.com as soon as possible** and we will be happy to help.

** For a full refund, exchange or store credit, please email us within 7 days from the date on your receipt or shipping date.  

Please be sure that all returns are:

- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging
- Regular priced merchandise only.

Sale & personalized items are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange.  

If you need to mail your return back to us, please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All return parcels must be fully insured with a tracking number. Packages requiring COD or other fees will be not be accepted or deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.

Ordering & Inventory:

Online orders will be processed within 3 business days.

Should for any reason the product you selected not be available, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the event that we can only fulfill a portion of your order we will contact you prior to shipping available items.

If products are damaged during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible (within 7 business days). Many of our products are unique and/or  limited quantities. The sooner you notify us, the better chance we will have to secure a replacement for you!
