We want you to feel STUNNING in your accessories! If they don't make you say "I love it" you can return qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 7 business days of the ship date. Just contact us at email@example.com and we'll send you an RA!
Ordering & Inventory Online orders will be processed within 3 business days of the order placement and in the order in which they have been received. Should for any reason the product you selected not be available, we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you of this inconvenience. In the event that we can only fulfill a portion of your order we will also contact you prior to shipping the available items.
If products happen to get damaged during shipping, we need to be notified within the 7 business days from the ship date or ASAP. This will allow us to try to secure a replacement for you as many products are unique or in limited quantities.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging
- Sale items and personalized items are FINAL SALE
**All Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale items, and masks are FINAL**
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Orders placed between December 1st and December 24th can be returned until January 20th. This applies to orders that meet the conditions above.
